All aromas featured in ThePopperShop are strictly room aromas and room odorisers only and are not intended for direct inhalation. The word ‘poppers’ is a slang term used for the type of aromas we sell. The use of this word in no way implies that our aromas are for direct inhalation. We strongly advise against directly inhaling the contents of any of our aromas. Manufacture instructions: Remove cap, allow to stand out of reach of children, aromas will develop.

If you use this website or make any purchases from ThePopperShop you must accept the terms and conditions and agree to the above statement.

By placing an order with ThePopperShop you undertake to ensure that by placing an order you’re doing so lawfully and undertake to not do anything illegal. By placing an order with us you must agree to these terms and conditions and indemnify us from your actions and all financial consequences.

Once a package is in the postal system, ThePopperShop will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. We keep proof of postage for all dispatches and all products are checked thoroughly before being sent out. Once posted please contact the mail provider directly should a package go missing.

ThePopperShop does not accept any responsibility for effects, actions or any admittance for anything due to purchasing from this website.

1.19 All orders are sent out in discreet plain packaging and there is no mention of product(s) or our website on the outside packaging.

1.20 Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland may take longer than specified even when selecting the Special Delivery options.

1.21 Please note that we only ship to the UK.

1.22 We will not be held liable for any order being dispatched to incorrect delivery addresses provided to us by you.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
1.23 You have the right to cancel your order given that you’ve notified us within 14 days from the date of receiving goods. Once you’ve notified us, you have another 14 days to return the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Payment
Charges on your statement will appear as PIX*ThePopShop.

Postage
You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item(s). Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

Law and jurisdiction
