| Royal Mail Tracked 24 Â –Â Â There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays. |
| Special Delivery Next Day –  Will be delivered on the Next Working Day and not the Bank Holiday. |
| Special Delivery Saturday –  Will be delivered on the Saturday. |

| Bank Holiday Mondays –  All orders placed before 3pm on the previous Friday will be dispatched the same day. |
| Bank Holiday Fridays –  All orders placed before 3pm the previous Thursday will be dispatched the same day. |
| Bank Holiday Weekends –  All orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day. |
All orders are sent out in discreet plain packaging and there is no mention of product(s) or our website on the outside packaging.
Important Information
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland may take longer than specified even for Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day (including Saturday delivery).
